Only need the files?
Unlock everything a factory needs to make your design, plus the 3D models, for $79 a project. You can pay with credit you added. If you order that board later, the $79 comes off your order fee. Included with every order.
Made to order
Each prototype is made just for you, so it can't be returned. Your board usually arrives 2 to 3 weeks after you order.
Questions about pricing
- Is there a subscription?
- No. You build with free credit, add more if you want, and pay when you order a prototype.
- What does “at cost” mean?
- You pay what the factory, the carrier and customs charge for your order, with nothing added. Tovan’s only charge is the $99 fee.
- Are import taxes included?
- Yes, wherever a carrier can collect them up front. Where none can, checkout says so before you pay.
- Does credit I add expire?
- No. It stays on your account until you use it, on any project.
- What if my design has a problem?
- Before your board is made, an electrical engineer on our team checks the design, usually within one business day. If the check finds a problem, we fix it on a new version of your board and you approve the change in Tovan, at no extra charge. If it finds the board can't work, we cancel the order and refund it in full before anything is made.
- Is there anything Tovan won’t make?
- Yes. We don’t make signal jammers, weapons, devices for covert surveillance, medical devices or vehicle safety systems.
